Btool Quteishat has been interning with RRIPG since 2017, and she is from Jordan. She graduated with a BSc from Aberdeen University in Aberdeen, Scotland in 2017. In addition, Btool had the honor to present at the 2019 Women in Sport and Exercise (WiSE) Conference at St. Mary’s University in Twickenham. There, she and Dr. Lopez shared their research during Open Communications Session 1: The Gender Gap in Sports Injuries, highlighting “USA Women’s Rugby Sevens Non-Contact Injury Risk Factors”.
Btool is currently attending Loughborough University in Loughborough, England to obtain her MSc. She is also part of the Olympic Preparation Center at the Jordan Olympic Committee. She aspires to grow the number of elite female athletes, so that more females have the opportunity to represent Jordan at a competitive level.
