In 2017, Dr. Victor Lopez Jr et al, has been honored to win an award at two major Sports Medicine Conferences in both Hemispheres on the two formats of Rugby Union. A first for North America and its emerging rugby playing population. Emphasizing the potential for not only playing the sport well, as seen on the international stage events, but conducting the sporting science at international levels.
