PODIUM PRESENTER ERICA MARCANO SHARES RRIPG'S WORK AT THE 2018 NATA CLINICAL SYMPOSIA & AT EXPO

We are proud to announce that Ms.Erica D. Marcano, MS ATC CSCS will podium present Nationally the work of Dr. Victor Lopez Jr, collaborative team and board members of the Rugby Research and Injury Prevention Group, SPRINZ/AUT Research Associates, on our work of U.S. Rugby-7s, representing her seniors and RRIPGs sponsors the National Operating Committee on Standards for Athletic Equipment.
After Prof. Marcano’s successful presentation at the 2018 EATA Regional Annual Meeting and Clinical Symposium, the National Athletic Trainers’ Association (NATA) Program Committee has accepted our proposal, “The Risk of Match Injuries in Amateur U.S. Men Rugby-7s” (General Session 1-hour) for the 2018 NATA Clinical Symposia & AT Expo, June 26-29, 2018 in New Orleans, at the Ernest N. Morial Convention Center, 900 Convention Center Blvd., New Orleans, LA 70130, Exhibit Halls C & D.
Prof. Marcano is an Athletic Trainer at PHLEX Physical Therapy & Advanced Recovery Studio, NY, a Northeast Regional Coordinator with the Rugby Research & Injury Prevention Group, and Athletic Trainer for the Northeast Rugby Olympic Development Academy, sanctioned by USA Rugby Olympic Development Academy & their youth USOC sanctioned Community Olympic Development Program. She was formally an Adjunct Professor at Long Island University’s Athletic Training Program.
