ACSM 2020 Virtual Experience

Dr. Victor Lopez Jr and Dr. Richard Ma, board members of the Rugby Research and Injury Prevention Group, affiliated with Hospital for Special Surgery, Research Associates with Auckland University of Technology Sports Performance Research Institute New Zealand, and members of the Rugby Codes Research Group, have the honor to be invited to present for the sixth year, at the ACSM Virtual Experience 2020, available on-demand thru December 31st. Even through these trying times, RRIPG continues to share topics relevant to the growth of rugby in the Americas, which may have implications globally.

They will be presenting two clinical case studies. Dr. Lopez et al. will present “Acute Kidney Injury From Heat Illness in Rugby Union (7-players-a-side)”, and Dr. Ma et al. will share “Pulmonary Embolism in a Youth Community Club Competitive Rower”. The Virtual Experience delivers select content featuring the excellent presenters annual meeting attendees have come to expect.

All content will be free. CECs/CME Credits are available for a processing fee of $50 for members and $100 for nonmembers. Additional content will be exclusively available to current ACSM members.
